Reason i was asking is because i was looking for a better alternative for rings myself and came across the ross racing ones but dont know of anyone who has them in a turbo motor. I am going with OEM cermaic coated pistons and just want the best rings i can get. Let me know if you get anymore feedback on those, I'd certainly like to buy them if they are worth it.
Cheers,
Dan

The rings are the moly top ring, cast iron second. I'm not sure if they are the "racing" rings or not. I went with them because they were in a box in the trunk when I bought the car :-) No other reason. We'll see how it turns out.

I believe you are correct.
Did you get Ross racing rings? i looked at those but had no feedback on them.
What is the reason you went with them if you don't mind me asking.
Thanks Dan

The top ring land thickness is the distance between the 1st and 2nd rings correct? Trying to set ring end gap on the 2002 today, and this measurement matters per the Ross instruction sheet. _______________________________________________
