I do believe you are correct Jason.  I think my turbo is FUBAR.  After cleaning 
out all the oil the symptoms have not changed.  I yank the throttle cable and 
the silicone intake hoses collapse so I assume the turbo has seized.  The PCV 
is near new - went in when the engine was rebuilt - it is a 323 turbo valve.

The good news is I may still be able to make the GotGuts event on Monday since 
I have the same turbo on the Laguna.

The bad news is I probably have a crapload more oil in the IC and pipes again
