My daughter's 2000 Ply Neon has the optional handling pkg and it feels decent
to drive. My son liked it a lot so he bought a 2002 but didn't drive it enough
before buying to realize that it was a base model. It's suspension absolutely
stinks. Both of them have a nice tight interior when the weather is hot but in
cooler weather (below 70*) the interior plastics shrink and produce a orchestra
of squeaks and rattles.
