There are two main ground points back there at the rear corner by the CAS. Each one is a ring with two black wires. One, I believe, goes onto the big host ring, the other directly onto either the intake manifold or the head itself. It's not hugely critical which goes where. From the looks of that picture, it appears that the hoist ring is missing from the head.
