BEGI does have a CARB EO for 90-99s when using specific components of
theirs.  You are close to having the right parts I'd bet... as far as the
specifics go though... I'd give BEGI a call.  They would probably be more
than willing to tell you exactly what is required for Legit CA running.  I
know Corky has fielded that question recently on the boards too.
