Well the builder held super power in the HOA for years and always managed to work the rules to stop anyone from changing anything. Then the dopy homeowners went along with the HOA plan to allow the builder to migrate his new subdivision into ours for virtually nothing from him except a 100k LOAN to build an additional pool we didn't need un less we migrated!! So part of the deal to "protect" his interest in the loan was he continued as the property manager. The loan is paid and I'm trying to get him ousted as the PM but the board is so ingrained by his thinking they think they can't do without him.
