Lean at mid to higher RPM is likely a fuel delivery problem. Three easy possibilities: (1) Fuel filter should be replaced. (2) Injectors need serious cleaning (think RC Engineering). (3) O2 sensor is providing a false reading, causing ECU to cut back on fuel. Two more time-consuming possibilities: (1) Your FPR testing wasn't accurate and the FPR or fuel rail may have an obstruction. (2) Voltage signal, to the fuel pump, or as interpreted by the fuel pump is incorrect.
