94 and up use the "analog" TPS.  My 94 FSM does not call out the 
resistance of the potentiometer.  It uses voltage readings at the ecu.  
For a closed throttle it should be between 0.1 and 1.0V.  For a closed 
throttle, terminals C & D should be shorted.  For a WOT the FSM says 
that the voltage should be between 3.1 and 4.5V.
