>From what I understand from the news, each dealer is responsible for their current inventory whether on the list or not. The bankruptcy relieves Chrysler from any responsibility. Dealerships stripped of their franchise may have some recourse under their respctive state laws but its an uphill battle when bankruptcy is involved.
