IIRC, Bruce has a fairly vintage FMII, back in the days of the waffle griddle heat shield for the turbo. Updating to the current heat shield made by Bill Bowser would prevent the problem from happening again. Ya know Bill, had you added a grease catching trough to that griddle heat shield, we could reinstall it and use it to cook hot dogs on shorter trips.
