Pretty scary. This would be so easy to do, too. I couldn't have told you what phosgene is or how little it would take to do permanent damage. Even reading the label wouldn't have necessarily highlighted the dangers in that case. Every product in existence comes with a warning that it will cause cancer in Californians, so it's pretty easy to decide not to bother with warning labels any more.
