No personal experience here (and I'm looking forward to seeing the "real" feedback that you get). However, I have heard that the Jawbone headsets have outstanding noise reduction, which means the person on the other end could hear you. I don't know if you could hear the other person with any headset though. I can't hear the person next to me shouting if I'm top-down on the highway.
