Furthermore, most lawsuits today are not true "malpractice" lawsuits where
a doc cut off the wrong leg. People today expect their body to go back to
perfect after surgery. While we are getting closer, nothing gets back to
how god created it. There are limitations and most lawsuits come from these
limitations.

Aha... There's the problem. God did NOT create it, for God is perfect and
could NOT produce a person that would need Health Care (that's what "some"
folks say, anyway). However, it is perfectly acceptable to say that God
provided "an opportunity for improvement", right? Nonsense.
People are born of people and far too many die due to the neglect of
people. If folks would just take a moment to walk in the shoes of their
neighbors, perhaps they'd develop a little compassion.
How much is a life worth in dollars these days?
Is It OKAY to spend money on Health Care as long as YOU don't have to pay
for it?
Health Care is import to all of us, regardless of economics, and regardless
of the tightness of our purse strings. Congress should work toward a
practical, acceptable solution. If the Health Care industry really HAS a
better idea, let them come forward with it.

Fighting disease is as important as fighting terrorists.
