Well I hope it was a small sample size, but zero percent of all accidents with neck injuries that were survivable overall is still zero percent and a fair counter argument to those who oppose helmets.

I take that back, one guy in my class high-sided in front of me at Pocono and broke his neck, but he landed on his head and I suspect would have been killed either way.
