When you block or remove the signal from the turbo (doesn't matter whether you pull the hose off the turbo or off the wastegate can), the boost should skyrocket. Keep your foot in it and you'll see rods and stuff flying everywhere (take pictures!). If this is not happening, you either have a boost leak (check all joints from turbo through throttle body), your wastegate is sticking open or you have a large exhaust restriction, such as a plugged cat. Or the turbo is just tapped out, but I'm sure the Greddy piece will make more than that. Have you datalogged yet?
