According to this:  http://www.miata.net/faq/features.html  all '94
5-speeds had it EXCEPT the base model, which also didn't have power
steering or alloy wheels.

        hoping to get some quick advice I'm looking at a 94 Miata and no
idea if it's a Torsen or not
         
        car has a/c but manual windows, no cruise, if that helps...
