WG BASE is what the Link manual refers to as "the mechanical pressure".

It's configured by disabling the boost control and watching how much pressure
is sustained @ WOT with just the WG spring.  I went through this process
which is how I arrived at 185.  185 is what WG SNS displayed in the
parenthesis with BOOST TGT set to 100 (disabled) in a WOT pull through
4th gear.

I don't see any mention in the manual of this value being changed
automatically though, this is what concerns me.
