When I first built my track car, I replaced the front main seal in an attempt to cure an oil leak. But it still leaks oil.
So now that I have the front of the engine apart, I would like to fix the oil leak. As I recall, someone (Bill Cardell?) once suggested oil could be leaking from a port or plug on the pump itself. Does this sound right? Is this accessible from the front or does it require removal of the oil pan? Thanks, Luis
