Anyone ever seen anything like this??

Car is my 2004 Mazdaspeed with 30,000 miles on it. Car sees a fair amount
of track time.

Running a set of Carbotech pads XP10/XP8. I've run these pads for years
with no issues.

Before the last track day I installed a fresh set of pads and the car was
fine for the whole track weekend.

Been home a few weeks and the wife needed something to drive to work so I
put the street tires on the car and sent her on her way.

About 2 days later she tells me something is wrong with the right front
brake.

I drove the car for about 25 miles to go to the Subaru mechanic to check on
the progress, a mix of local stop and go and highway miles. Car was fine
until I got with 2 blocks of the house on the way home. When I came to a
stop sign the right front wheel locked and unlocked a few times so the wheel
actually skipped on the ground. I was only going about 10 MPH when this
happened. Did not happen again.

Haven't pulled the wheel yet but before I had gone out for the ride I jacked
up the car and rotated the front wheels and pulled on them to test the front
bearings. Everything seemed fine.

Hanging caliper??

Failing wheel bearing even though there is no symptom when rotating the
wheel by hand??

Any ideas appreciated.
