Well, I completely removed the bolt this time and pulled the shaft out. Same
thing. The rack will turn so far to the left that the rear of the tire will
hit the A-arm and it will only turn about 0.8 turns to the right. I don't
see anything bent. I am still very confused on why there is so much length
on the left side vs the right side. It is easy to see that there is no way
the wheels would ever turn much to the right (because the tie rod is close
to bottoming out when it is centered - see the pictures). I just don't get
it...
