How about fuel pump/fuel pump relay?? Jumper FP and Grd and see what happens. Do you hear a pump running?

My 94 died the other day going about 40 down the road. Timing belt is OK. Jumping TEN to GND and turning on the key I get nothing, nada, zilch. I swapped out the CAS just for kicks but no change. Is there a test for a dead ECU?
