It died suddenly so I don't think it is the fuel pump.  I put a Walbro
190 in not long ago when I though the original was bad.  That turned
out to be a bad O2 sensor.

Could be a wire that got loose from a harness, or a harness that wore against an edge. Check all fuses. Are they all good? Hard to believe it is an ECU, they usually don't drop dead all at once. Sounds more electrical, as in wiring short, or dead relay. By any chance, were you changing throttle at the time of it dying?
