Thanks LGO,
Fuel is spot on - and fuel values in the neighboring cells are similar to
the ones involved in the bucking.  WBO2 shows 14.7 there and in the
vicinity.
The more I think about it, I'm starting to think it's got to be something
with the fuel cut rather than general fuel settings.
