Wouldn't that depend on the injectors installed???  If you have under 320
sized injectors you can probably idle them with the stock ECU and you could
just wire the wastegate open.

I have a link ecu that keeps cutting out. I was wondering if I reinstalled
my stock ecu would the car start and then I could rule out either the ecu
out the wiring. I really want to get my car back to reliable service before
the summer ends.
