All, I hope Bill doesn't mind me sharing:
For those of you who haven't heard elsewhere, Bill Cardell broke his shoulder this weekend in rather spectacular, manly style. He was cutting down some trees near his cabin and misjudged one tree. In retaliation, it fell into/onto him and snapped the ball off his humerus, trapping him underneath. Between Teri, a neighbor, and copious amounts of adrenalin, they were able to nudge the tree enough to free Bill. X-rays confirmed a break. He's swollen and sore but actually relatively lucky, considering the other possible outcomes. He'll see a doctor today. And you thought *you* had an adventurous weekend.
