I went over to the Dark Side.... I deLinked my car and switched over to a Hydra ECU. Car is running great now. I am having an issue that I blame Win7 on. I can't get a USB to Serial adapter to hold on to the connection with the Hydra. I dug out my OLD Dell P3 laptop running XP that has an actually Serial port on it and it hold the connection fine. Only problem is that the battery is dead and I have to run it of AC power.
Thanks for all the help trying to figure out my Link issues. It was probably the MAP box but I have had a few too many Link related bugs. Last year I had to reflow all the Voltage Regulators and a few other solder joints. Not sure I like having a Void if Removed sticker on my ECU but hopefully the hardware holds up well. I am just happy to be taking my car to the Dragon and not my Kiddo's. She is happy too.
