I've been doing a bit of background reading on Del Shannon and until
recently didn't know he had a recording association with Jeff Lynne in
the 70s and later with the Wilburys. I always really liked most of his
work with ELO but have mixed feelings about his production work with
other musicians. Getting to the point though before forming ELO with
Roy wood he played with The Idle Race. Now I have a 2 disc CD
anthology of most of their recordings. If anyone knows of them and is
interested enough then I'm willing to mail out copies. Usual
arrangement leave a message or email me. It's all good stuff!
