Keep in mind that Jackson was paying this doctor $150,000 a month! How does somebody whose "broke" do that? When you're paid that kind of money, you have to be a "yes" man, because if "you won't medicate me, I'll pay that money to someone else who will do what I want." Evidently, the doctor had been injecting Jackson throughout the night (almost every hour) with various drugs (which also confirms La Toya's comments that he had injection marks all over his body), then finally gave him the "lethal dose" of Propofol at 10:30 in the morning. According to the doc's timeline, he discovered Jackson not breathing at 10:50 and started CPR. 911 was called at 12:20. That leaves an hour and half of mystery time. Also, during the 1 1/2 hour time span, the doctor spent 47 minutes on a phone call. To whom, they don't know yet.
The homicide charge can hinge on the fact that the doctor didn't mention the use of Propofol for a few days, which shows that he was hiding that info because he knew it would incriminate him. I can't see this guy going down as the next Mark David Chapman (who was nuts).
