Steve's post on the lost tapes got me thinking.
Do other classic bands have the same types of nutcases similar to the
ones Brian has?
I'm aware of the Deadheads and all that entails...
Are there Beatles, Stones, Who boards similar to all of the BB ones?
I'm not talking about comparisons to the blueboard, I'm talking
deeper.
For instance, is there something out there for other artists similar
to Shut Down, Smiley Smile, Male Ego, etc. or even the Cabinessence
site?
Are there tons of Beatles or Stones boots in circulation that have
studio work, unreleased cuts, alt versions, etc.
I'm not looking for anything in particular, just curious if we are
that unique or do other artists have the same breadth of fanaticism.
I'd love to think that the answer is YES and would like to explore
them a bit.
Any thoughts or suggestions are welcomed.
