Yeah I do agree, doesn't make me feel any better though that I had to
pull out, given the media saturation all week here (we've just had
Later Live with Jools -and Brian did pretty good all said and done). I
have warmed to TWGMTR, but rather like Postcards from California, it's
a collection of disparate takes and doodles -polished in post
production to make it cohesive. It's a BriMel project - it has their
hallmark lack of sparkle running through it. Love the title track, but
only because of the John Barry Midnight Cowboy vibe.
