lawyer. Lewis claimed that Morrison had “publicly humiliated” her on
stage and had tried to ruin her life by asking her for sex. Morrison
denied all the allegations.
2005 – An eight-foot, $100,000 bronze statue of late Ramones guitarist
Johnny Ramone is unveiled at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los
Angeles by Johnny's wife, Linda.
2010 – The BBC admits their coverage of the launch of U2's album No
Line On The Horizon in 2009 went too far, giving "undue prominence" to
the band, after Radio Centre, the trade body for commercial radio
companies, files a formal complaint over the coverage, saying the BBC
had given U2 "the sort of publicity money can't buy.”
