Just watched local coverage of the arraignment. The 2 brothers basically walked, not involved in kidanpoping or rape, no cover up, etc. One was wanted on a 2 year old open container violation, no other arrests, he paid $100 & 4 days served. The other brother was wanted on a 12 year old open container & a minor drug violation. Citing the 12 years, no prosecution & no arrests before, or since, he walked, case dismissed.
