 One of the Neil Diamond/Bandstand entries is wrong - both the date & the 
song.

This link says he sang BOTH of those songs on AB....on September 17, 
1966....a *third* date.

Joel W. says *Solitary Man* (a #55 single) debuted on Billboard May 21, *Cherry 
Cherry* (a #6 single) not until August 20...so I'm thinking the September 
date is probably the correct one..
