The show is recorded for album release.

1954 – The movie musical A Star Is Born, starring Judy Garland, premieres

1957 – Alan Freed’s Biggest Show Of Stars ’57 tour plays the Municipal

1969 – The Doors perform at the Lincoln Center's seventh New York Film 
Festival in New York City.

1971 – Gilbert O'Sullivan makes his stage debut at the Royal Albert Hall in

1972 – The Eagles perform at Madison Square Garden’s Felt Forum in New Your

1977 – James Brown's entire backup band walks out on him before a gig in 
Hallendale, Florida, complaining of being underpaid.

1989 – Don Henley appears at the Universal Amphitheatre in Los Angeles with 
opening act Edie Brickell and The New Bohemians. During Henley’s set,

1989 – While on a motorcycle trip through Arizona, Bruce Springsteen leaps

2012 – Local resident Lisa Marie Presley dons an apron and cooks up 
battered cod and other deep-fried treats for other Rotherfield, East Sussex 
locals on the Mr. Chippy food truck. Kim Scales, who owns the business, 
said: "Lisa Marie likes to see how we live and experience British life. We 
were laughing because the customers didn't know who she was. She really 
enjoyed it."

2012 – The Global Citizen Festival takes place in New York’s Central Park 
to call attention to worldwide poverty. The free concert features Neil 
Young, Foo Fighters, The Black Keys, K’naan, John Legend, and Band Of 
Horses.

2012 – Radio personality, actor and former “bassist” for The Partridge 
Family Danny Bonaduce is bitten in the face by a crazed female fan at a 
meet-and-greet at the Skagit Valley Casino in Washington. The woman is 
arrested, and Bonaduce is treated for infection with antibiotics. He does 
not press charges.
