Good luck with the 80 lbs.  El - Bees leave relunctantly.  They're 
assholes.  I find that the tiniest bit of exercise makes a difference.  
Just a little bit of almost NOTHING adds up if you do it daily.  So don't 
just cut back on shit you like.  Lift a 10 pound dumbell 6  times.   Do 5 
leg raises. 2 sit-ups.  Walk an extra 200 yards.  In a month  you'll notice 
that it works and you might actually WANT to up the totals to 10x7, 6, 3 
and 225.  It works if you stick to it and eventually you'll be able to eat 
and drink what you want...if you stay with the LIGHT exercise.
 
A little knocks the shit outta nothing every time.
