I was talking about that initial first time hearing it back in the early fall of '67. And I quote..."WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!? The group that gave us Pet Sounds and Good Vibrations and Heroes and Villains just put out this odd-ball collection of turds?" Some found that to be a touch too honest...especially those who 'like' the album. But it sure as fuck helped to kill their formerly succesful recording career.
