If the windows driver has an option "on/off" for the LEDs you can record a log of the process and mail it to us. Hopefully we'll find the setting in it.

(Opening the case only helps if we need to know the text on the chips - and in this case that wouldn't help.)

Anyway - does the driver work for you?
