Yeah, light is on!!!! 0x1006 - 0xc0 0x1007 - 0xe0 In this order works.. In reverse order, the video stream gets broken.. 0x1006 and values 0x80 switch the light off.Malte --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Lets make microdia webcams plug'n play, (currently plug'n pray) To post to this group, send email to [email protected] Visit us online https://groups.google.com/group/microdia -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
So what next.I figure you can make a nice bash-skript for yourself to en- and disable the LEDs. For me the question is whether this stuff gets into our code.
+ LEDs "just work" for people with Malte's exact same cam.- LEDs for other cams which use the currently included values may not have LEDs afterwards. I don't have such a cam to test it. Maybe it works. And even if it does not work it certainly won't make the cam less valuable.
But still - what shall we do? GWater
