the device may contain secret circuitry ; that operates to perform
other functions, such as a unit advertised as a webcam may have hidden
features such as a wireless radio, or cellular technology that
secretly connects remotely to another remote device. i may be joking.
it seems fishy when one cannot get a simple device like a generic usb
web cam to work with linux.

any way i can disable this fukkin touch pad in linux. My next feat
will be getting a Synaptics TouchPad Linux driver. There is nothing
more annoying then typing and having the mouse go crazy all over the
screen.
