This version works a bit faster. Eats only ~10% of cpu at 1GHz on full frame

Btw, I've noticed strange bug:
my touchpad stop working for ~5secs when I try to use microdia i420 (even 
without libv4l, just hardcoded out format to V4L2_PIXFMT_YUV420). I got a lot 
of following lines in dmesg:
psmouse.c: TouchPad at isa0060/serio4/input0 lost sync at byte 1

It happens only with isoc mode at 640x480 resolution, with bulk mode it works 
OK.

P.S. To test i420 decoder, you should load sn9c20x.ko module with jpeg=0 
parameter ;)
