I don't know enough about the MIME type specs, but I wonder if we could
reuse [EMAIL PROTECTED] to indicate that a form will take a particular
microformat. e.g. something along the lines of:

<form method="post" action="/user/create"
accepts="text/html+vcard"> ... </form>
