Hi, as usually, w3c is giving as a really wonderfull spec: <q>The ADDRESS element MAY be used by authors to supply contact information for a document or a major part of a document such as a form. This element often appears at the beginning or end of a document.</q> http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/struct/global.html#h-7.5.6
or did I read a wrong w3c spec? is it defined somewhere more precisely? jan ptacek On 10/16/06, Steve Robillard <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
If I understand it correctly it comes down to the definition of the address tag. It is designed to markup information related to the author of a particular page (if this is true then you can use the address tag). I am sure if this is incorrect someone will correct me. HTH, Steve
hi, can someone pleas explain me why hCard creator uses a <div> as a toplevel element and not an <address> element? best regards jan ptacek
