isn't hidden then you can't see what it applies to.

Wandering slightly off topic - after attending a few accessibility
related talks recently I'm starting to think that littering pages with
tags is perhaps a bad idea, as you end up with a load of links
obstructing screen reader users.  I was going to have a go at the
<span class="type"> construction the next time I updated my CV.
