The example you cite proves my point, rather than being opposite to it.
I don't know enough about law to know if there really are any
significant legal concerns in this thread. But I know enough about
communication to know that if there are, this thread is a terrible way
to present them, all but guaranteeing they won't be addressed. More
flies with honey...
