Max:
You can see any fluid enginnering handbok for tables about pressure loss coefficients.
I think that your bifurcation may have between 0.5 - 1.0 velocity head (v2/2g) loss.
'Industrial Ventilation' from American Industrial Higienists can be one. It's the same
for air or water for coeffcicient selection.

Carlos

SF Pressure Drop 5.0 [available at http://www.pressure-drop.com/] makes it easy
  to do any pipe
friction/pressure drop calculation imaginable. This includes a selection of
eight different bifurcation options, covering inflowing and outflowing
bifurcations; both equal and unequal division of flow. It also caters for
adjustable angles between the legs of the "Y" or "T" fitting.

This program will calculate the loss for any input values of flow and pipe
diameters. A brief theoretical discussion is given, however for branches
(bifurcations) the user is referred to two texts, both in German.
