My girlfriend wants to build a yurt so we will be anxiously monitoring your site/progress. Back in the mid '80s i designed/sold /installed microhydro systems for a living. Completed 8 systems in the New England area then went out of business. My site here in Orford,NH has a 1 kw, 4 kw, and 16kw turbo/generator sets. If you want or need a second opinion or just want to do a site visit let me know.
