Dear Marc First of all I have designed a new hydrofoil wich has the minimum friction drag coefficient, 4% less than the usual NACA 00.. series. Second I have designed a new typ of blade or wing wich has the ratio Cl/Cd with 25% greater than a classical dretunghiular (straight) blade or wing.Third I have used the constructal theory of the romanian american scientist Adrian Bejan as I can say that I have designed the best an ULTIMATE cross-flow turbines an I believe that I am sane, serious and honest. I need an investor to continue my work because I do not have a job since Romania does not need missile specialists anymore. About the Gorlov, the Darrieus and the Savonius turbines I can say that my modernization of those turbines will increase the performances with a factor of about 20%. The same modernization can be applied to the Cycloturbine too. If you are interested to cooperate into the field of turbines I'm waiting fo your proposal. Best Constantin
