The 60 HZ can be run at 50 HZ as a motor or as a generator; the power generated would be 50/60 lower, to a 10 HP motor would be rated 5/6 lower or around 8.3 HP and the RPM same way, instead of 3600 it would be 3000, or 1500 for the 1800 at 60 Hz.
