Aloha from the 'Big Island' of Hawai'i. I am new to the group, this is my first posting.
In my back yard is a year round stream fed by underground springs. Though I am blessed with many falls, the occasional very heavy rains turn this ideal setting into a raging brown liquid speedway. However, I have a 2" pipe from a spring with consistantly clear, 120psi cold moumtain water. From which I propose to power a Pelton 4 nozzel wheel with a permanent magnet 24 volt setup.
