Gentlemen, I have found a stream with an old gristmill site near Hickory,
North Carolina. The property is for sale but would require more work than I
can describe here. It is, however, a natural stream with a good ditch/gorge to
dam up to make a pond and a couple hundred gpm water flow. I'm new at all this
(green!). Is there someone in my area who can help me with site evaluation,
cost proposal, business plan, etc.? I want to get involved but I don't know
where to start. Ross In Hickory
